Past Life Regression

Past-Life Regression Therapy suggests that we are influenced by events from previous times. Many cultures throughout the world accept pre-existence or reincarnation. An alternative view of past-life recall, is what Jung referred to as the collective unconscious, and may be somehow pulling events from the past, reflecting them in the person’s current problems. Another alternative could be that the person may be making-up the story, like a dream; perhaps it is only a product of their imagination. Whatever it is, there are many people who experience Past-Life events, feeling they are authentic and real, enabling them to associate healing or enlightenment in this life-cycle.

There is no conclusive evidence either in favour or against reincarnation, this however should not detract from the value of Past-Life Regression Therapy. Some people have difficulty in being regressed, those people who learn the inner body work necessary to regress, find the experience amazing, often allowing them to make connections with their current life.
