I do not consider hypnosis an appropriate therapy for weight loss. It is my experience that the only way to loose weight correctly is through a well thought through healthy diet and exercise. Both elements are in my experience, essential for a healthy life-style. I promote a programme of education, meditation and rejuvenation. You do not work by magic. If you are over-weight then it could be a result of medication or drugs that you are taking; if this is so then you need to speak to your doctor. Many times it is because you are eating too much, or have the wrong diet, and probably do not exercise effectively. These non-healthy habits are a result of learned behaviour.
